Waste Transfer Note and Consignment Note

Legislation requires that all movement of waste have either an associated Waste Transfer Note, or a Consignment Note (for hazardous waste). The Environment Agency provides PDF versions for this purpose but these can only be printed off and completed by hand. These Excel based forms are ideal for saving previous details and quickly recalling details for rapid completion.

Based on Microsoft Excel®, our automated forms are fast and easy to apply. Completed once they can be saved, for future reference and use. Both forms have practical features that will reduce time and effort when modifying them for future waste loads. Features include drop down lists of previous waste streams and carriers, as well as a point and click menu for determining container size and quantity.
